refund policy

Swim season fees will be refunded for membership withdrawals according to the following guidelines:

Full Refund:
Available if the request is received in writing by April 30, 2026. A $100 administration fee will be applied.

Rookie Swimmers:
A full refund is available if the request is received in writing by May 30, 2026. A $100 administration fee will be applied.

50% Refund:
Available if the request is received in writing by May 30, 2026. A $100 administration fee will be applied.

In the event the season is cancelled, a prorated refund will be issued after covering all expenses already incurred for the season.

Refund for Medical Reasons

At the discretion of the Executive, the Stony Plain Sharks Swim Club may issue a partial refund for medical reasons until June 30, 2026, but not beyond. A $100 administration fee will be applied.
